WPS Table 2010 Sets the graphics background for the table

In the WPS table we can only set the fill color for the cell, and the effect is obviously not so beautiful. If you want to make the table more beautiful, the best effect of course is to use graphics as a table background, but the WPS table does not provide the ability to set directly for the cell picture fill effect. In fact, in the WPS Office 2010-person version of the WPS table by inserting a graphic in the header footer, we can easily set a graphics background for the table, or even set a different background picture for the different areas of the same table.

1. Set the background image

Click the Print Preview icon for the toolbar in the WPS table to enter Page view. Click the Page Setup icon on the Print Preview toolbar to open the Page Setup window and switch to the Header/Footer tab. To insert a picture in the header, click the Custom Header button, click the Insert Picture icon in the Open Header window, and then select Open the background picture you want from the open window. At this point the input cursor in the header edit box display "&[picture]" (Figure 1), to determine the completion of the settings, you can immediately see the picture background effect of the table.

2. Position adjustment

The picture inserted in the header usually goes out of the table, so we have to make some adjustments. Also, in Page view, click Margins on the toolbar to display margin lines, and then drag the top "header position" horizontal dash down to directly adjust the picture's upper and lower position. As for the right and bottom can be adjusted by changing the size of the picture, in the Header window, click to position the input cursor in the edit box that contains the &[picture, and then click the Format Picture button to set the height and width of the picture in the pop-up window, and in the picture tab, you can trim and color the picture (Figure 2). Once you click the Print Preview icon again, you can restore the normal sheet view, but you will not see the graphic background in normal view, but you'll have a graphic background as long as you print or print the preview.

In addition, there is only a range of cells with no fill color in the worksheet to see the background picture, which we can use by setting the range of cells to white or other fill colors from the display area that adjusts the picture background (Figure 3).

3. Multiple background map

The WPS table header is divided into left, middle, and right three, so we can insert a different picture in each box, so we can use three different background images at the same time. The position of the inserted picture in the three cells is left-aligned, centered, right-aligned, and superimposed on the three layers in sequence. Using these characteristics, as long as the appropriate adjustment of three pictures of the size of the upper and lower position, you can set a different background picture for the table, such as the table is divided into the left and right, the middle or lower or inside the Chinese and foreign three parts set different background picture (Figure 4).

However, to adjust the top and bottom position of three charts separately, you can't just drag the header line. We can insert a blank line before the &[picture in the header window to move the background picture down. Insert a space on the left side of &[picture to move the picture to the right. As for letting the picture move to the left, because the WPS table automatically ignores the large number of spaces on the right, insert a small dot on the right side of the "&[picture" first. "&[pictures" and "." Inserts a space between them to move the picture to the left (Figure 5).
