WPS text output document as Picture Format method

The author found that in the WPS text, a plugin called "Output to Picture format" (Figure 2) makes it easy to convert edited documents into picture formats.

The installation and use of this plug-in is as follows:

1. Double-click the document you want to convert after you open WPS text, click the Plug-in Platform button on the right side of the toolbar (Figure 3) to eject the Plug-in Platform dialog box.

2, click the "Recommended Plugins" tab at the top of the dialog box, the plugin is not found in the list of recommended plug-ins, it does not matter, click the upper part of the dialog box "Browse all Plugins" (Figure 4),

WPS can enter the website of the plug-in section, where you will see the official announcement of all plug-ins (such as Figure 5).

3, find the phonetic guide to strengthen the plug-in, click on the right side of the "Install to WPS" button (see Figure 6),

WPS will automatically download and install the appropriate plugin (Figure 7),

After installation, the user is prompted to "output to the picture format plug-in installation Success" (Figure 8).

4, click the Close button to close the Plug-in Platform dialog box, return to the WPS Text window, click the File menu, "Output to Picture format" command (Figure 9),

After you set the location of the picture in the Save As dialog box that pops up, click the Save button, wait a moment, open the directory that holds the output picture, and you can see the resulting picture (Figure 10).

Use the Windows XP Self-drawing tool to open a picture file to see the effect of conversion (Figure 11), all ok!
