Xcode Project Navogator does not display project files

I thought it was plist file changes, this toss AH. But I found that the path bar above the Xcode editor could see all the directories, and then I couldn't calm down. At the end of the day I found an option in the main Menu directory of Xcode Navigate, the bottom menu of the first item reveal in Project Navigator, is to navigate to the currently open file in Project Navogator.
