Method One: Modify system settings

With the mouse in the desktop blank point right, select the "Properties" → "desktop" → "Custom Desktop" → "Web" tab, the "Web page" in the box below the URL to delete all, and remain in the "Lock desktop items" Do not tick before the "OK":

And then go to My Computer "properties" ... "Advanced" ... "Performance" ... "Visual effects", as shown below, preferably canceling all check options.
