1. Check the printer in the system
Lpstat-s
system default destination:hp-color-laserjet-cp1215
Device for HP-COLOR-LASERJET-CP1215:HP:/USB/HP_COLOR_LASERJET_CP1215?SERIAL=LJ0A6QA
Device for Laserjet:ipp://npib991c9.local:631/printers/laserjet

2. View printer settings in the graphical interface

3. Share local printer as network printer

Click "Server (S)", click "Settings", go to the Settings window, tick the following items, then click "OK".

4. Add a network printer to Windows

Or in Xubuntu, open the browser and enter http://localhost:631/printers/

Click to enter this printer

At this point, you should restart the Xubuntu and the printer.

Then came to Windows ...

Add printer, start, Printers and Faxes, after entering Windows
