Step one import model in the right side of the pallet click tool[Tool]>import[Import], select the model, drag it out of the canvas. Open edit[Edit on the top toolbar.
Step two draw the mask first subdivide the model, click tool[Tool]>geometry[Geometry]>divide[subdivision]. Then draw the mask on the model, press the X key to open the symmetry, and hold down the CTRL key to draw the mask range, as shown in the figure.
Step three Add hair click the "LightBox" button, in its next hanging menu select the "Fibers" menu and double-click any one of the fiber preset grid, I apply here is "FIBERS160.ZFP" effect, as shown in the figure.
Method two or you can also activate the "tool>fibermesh>lightbox▶fibers" command, add the fiber style you need, on this basis, allows you to adjust the length of hair, density.
Now you can easily generate hair and fiber. Create the fibers, fill your grid, and store the warp marks. This is one of many ways to produce fiber and hair. This highly intuitive approach allows you to be flexible and free to achieve more complex design elements.
