Step one, select the Sphere3d object in the Tool[tool menu, drag the left mouse button in the view to create the sphere, press the edit[edit in the top tool frame of the view to enter 3D edit mode.

Step two Click the Tool:make polymesh3d[tool: Create a 3D multi-warp grid command to convert a parameterized sphere to a polygon grid, as shown in the following illustration.

Step three click the Divide[Subdivision button in the geometry[geometry panel to subdivide the model into Level 5.

While holding down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, click the top carving brush icon on the left tool rack, pop the floating panel, select the Clipcurve brush, and then drag the mouse over the model to draw the selection area, as shown in the following illustration.

Step Five Click the tool:subtool:append[tool: The Child object tool: Add button, add the Cube3d cuboid, as shown in the following figure.

Step six Select the cuboid layer, activate the move[move button, rotate the view angle, adjust the size of the cuboid, as shown in the following figure.

Step Seven click the Divide[Subdivision button in the geometry[geometry panel to subdivide the rectangular model into level 4.

Step eight activates the draw[drawing] button, select the match maker Brush and draw on the surface of the rectangular model, as shown in the following figure.

This makes it very convenient to match the model to the surface of the original model.
