There are two writing methods:

I. C:> rar.exe c 1.rar< comment.txt

Add the content of comment.txt to the 1.rar comment by using a directed sign.

II. C:> rar.exe c -zcomment.txt 1.rar

With another-z switch, you can directly point to the comment file on the command line.
