Your program was properly installed if running ' which php-cs-fixer ' in Your Terminal returns a absolute path to the Execut Able. If This does isn't work then you have not installed the program correctly and so Atom beautify won't find the program. Atom beautify requires, the program is found in your PATH environment variable.
Note that this isn't a Atom beautify issue if beautification does not work and the above command also does not Work:thi S is expected behaviour, since you has not properly installed your program.
