CMD open IIS, restart IIS, etc.

Start-> Run-> cmd (the related operation commands are listed below ):

 

Inetmgr open IIS Manager

Iisreset/restart start

Iisreset/start IIS (if stopped)

Iisreset/Stop IIS (if started)

Iisreset/reboot restart your computer

Iisreset/rebootonerror restart your computer if you fail to stop IIS

Iisreset/noforce does not need to force IIS to stop

Iisreset/Timeout: After x seconds, IIS is forcibly stopped unless specified by the/noforce parameter.

It is the most convenient to use. Of course, you can also run: iisreset/start in cmd.
