Command prompt to run PHP file solution

It seems to be cmd, and then enter the php bin directory, and then you can execute the command. it is the bin directory. it seems that this directory cannot be found.

2. if you do not want to execute a directory, you can add the directory where php.exe is located to the system environment variable.
