Commit and rollback in Oracle

Commit means to confirm the submission. For example, if you use the test account to log on to the database and insert a record to the table without commit, other accounts will not be able to query your insert record when logging on to the database; after the commit operation, other accounts can query your insert records.
Rollback means rollback. For example, if you log on to the delete table of the database using the test account and query this table, the delete record does not exist. After rollback, when you query your delete record, the deleted record is returned.
