In the Word2007 document, the user can easily crop the picture to intercept the most needed part of the picture, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click to select the picture you want to crop. In the Format tab of the Picture Tools Ribbon, click the Crop button in the size group, as shown in Figure 2009021303.

2nd step, the picture appears around 8 direction of the crop handle, drag the control handle to the picture in the corresponding direction of the crop, you can drag the handle to restore the picture, until the appropriate adjustment, as shown in Figure 2009021304.

Step 3rd, move the mouse cursor out of the picture, and the mouse pointer will be a scissor shape. Click the left mouse button to confirm cropping, and if you want to recover the picture, you can only click the undo cut Picture in the Quick toolbar, as described in Figure 2009021305.
