You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'delimiter $ 'at line 1 OK

How can this problem be solved? My mysql version is mysql-5.6.27, can this statement be used?
It seems that the dollar symbol is not available. please help me.
