Often when you make a table in Excel, we can't just make a table, and sometimes we can make multiple tables in one workbook. But we also want to print all the tables on each piece of paper, each piece of paper only print a table, then, how should we achieve it? A lot of friends are rebuilding a new workbook, and then cut one of the tables into a new workbook, with a table in each workbook, and then print them out. Although this method can be implemented, but the operation is more cumbersome. There's a better and simpler way to print out multiple tables in one workbook, using the paging feature in Excel, and print a table on each sheet.

How to set up manual paging printing in Excel

Now that there are 4 tables in the workbook, I want to print a form on each sheet and print it out with 4 sheets of paper, respectively.

① into the View tab, click Page Preview in the Workbook View option group;

There are only 2 pages in the ② page, page 1th and page 2nd, respectively. We will move the cursor to the lower right corner of the border, when the mouse into a double arrow, press the left button, drag the border, until you see "page 3rd" and "4th page" when the mouse release; (as shown below)

③ now Excel can print 4 pages out, but we also need to cut the top two table to the following line, cut complete the following figure:

Well, now that the pagination has been completed, print the workbook, will print 4 of pieces of paper, each sheet above a table, and then say how to automatically print pagination!

Automatic paging page setup in Excel

Portrait/Landscape Settings: Click the Page Layout tab, click Margins, select the bottom custom margin, and in the page setup that pops up, select Portrait or Landscape.

Paging margin settings: Then enter the margins setting, the top, bottom, left, and right margin sizes;

So the page header and footer settings: You can also customize the page arbitrarily set eyebrow and footer.

Quickly insert page breaks and delete page breaks in Excel

Position the cursor where you want the page to be paged, and then click Separator on the Page Layout tab, and select Insert Page break or delete page break. If you want to reset the paging effect, you can select Reset All page breaks.
