Google found that there is still a better solution: If flashfxp is used, select the View menu, select raw command line, call out the raw command line, and enter the command in it: opts utf8 off, and then refresh the server to display Chinese characters. You can also set opts utf8 off to the default command to be executed after logon in the advanced options of site properties, I personally think this method is better!
