Front page man display as question mark, need to modify the character encoding of MySQL database under Linux UTF8

Set MySQL database encoding to UTF-8

Login to view database current code: Show VARIABLES like ' char% ';
Modify/ETC/MYSQL/MY.CNF (under the default installation path) (no additions, some modifications under the label)

[Mysqld]

Character_set_server=utf8

[MySQL]

default-character-set= UTF8

[Client]

Default-character-set = UTF8

Restart MySQL Service

Service MySQL stop;

Service MySQL start;
