Get request has cache in IE browser

Today when the project, the database has new data updates, found that the behavior of the page has not been updated;

Interrupt point debugging, found that the program also does not enter the method;

The final discovery was caused by the use of a GET request when the data was requested and under IE10;

Note: The use of GET requests in IE browser, if each URL consistent, the browser will use the cached value, and do not go to the service area to obtain the latest data;

In order to avoid inconsistent behaviour, the following 3 options may be used;

1. Add a random number or GUID after the URL;

2. Use an AJAX GET request to set the cache to false;

3. Switch directly to the POST request;
