Google has released chrome 4. in Version X, chrome 4 not only improves the engine and rendering speed, but also adds a lot of the latest HTML 5 technology from this stage, the latest version of chrome 4. in the X developer version, the bookmarks synchronization function is added.
Chrome developer Tim Steele introduced on his blog yesterday that Chrome has the bookmarks synchronization function since the latest developer version. Since many users often access the Internet on different machines and occasions, this new function is designed to help users maintain consistent bookmarks through the same account.
The method to activate this function is simple. You only need to add the "-- enable-sync" command line to the "target" path under the "shortcut" of the chrome attribute, go to the Tools menu and select sync my bookmarks ". After completing the above operations, chrome will upload and store your bookmarks in a Google account. Once you add new bookmarks or change existing bookmarks, these changes will be synchronized to the server immediately.
When a user logs on to chrome on a machine that also activates the bookmarks synchronization function, the server automatically synchronizes the browser bookmarks. This function uses XMPP technology similar to Google Talk.
Google Chrome is updated to Dev 4.0..1 .1 today.
One of the highlights of this update is the support for Favorites synchronization. You can add "-- enable-sync" after the "target" path of chrome shortcut ".

That's easy. Two steps will allow your Google Chrome favorites to be automatically instantly backed up to the server. When you use Chrome 4.0 on another computer and log on to the same account, you can automatically synchronize the data. This is undoubtedly a good news for chrome fans. I personally like it and can take a rest for xmarks.
