As of today (), six themes have been launched:

Blue Theme| DownloadThemeNow

Simple tutorial provided by the author

1. You will needResource Editor/Viewer. Download anyone according to your preference.

2. Open the originalGoogletalk.exe, Which usually resides inC: \ Program Files \ Google TalkFolder.

3. Duplicate the original googletalk.exe, just in case you might screw up editing the file.

4. Open the duplicated copy of googletalk.exe using the Resource Editor.

5. Expand the Bitmap tree and save bitmaps139,5001-5104, And6007(These are the files you need to edit the color ).

6. Edit these bitmaps files, different bitmaps represent different portion of Google Talk's interface.

7. After editing to your desired color, replace the original bitmaps with the edited ones.

8. Save it and enjoy.

-------------------- Below is the process of self-modification ----------------------

1. Open VS. NET2003

2. Press Ctrl + O to bring up the "open file" dialog box and select googletalk.exe.,Select "open mode"-"Resource Manager"-"open"

3. Modify139,5001-5104, And6007. (Double-click these bitmaps to edit the color ).

4. Save.

5. Run googletalk. Oh, it's your favorite color!
