How to use
Animation
If you choose to change the animation, you will have to do an animation!
Animations are:
105 frames (if there are fewer frames, the last frame repeats as necessary)
Each frame is 200x200px (resizing if necessary)
15 frames per second
Play in the first 4 seconds and then the last 3 seconds play loop
The program loads a folder that contains all the frames, including PNGs, GIF, BMPs, tifs, or JPEG images.
These files will be played in alphabetical order.
If you are numbering, use the same number to represent all numbers (for example, 001,002, ...).
, 103, 105).
For "historical" reasons, an animation can also be a folder that contains a BMP named "active".
x21000px bmp ".
Transparency (in PNGs and GIF) is supported (except for the message behind the animation).
It does not require animations to set the static image to a single transparent pixel image.
Videos and animations, such as GIF, AVI, and MPEG files, can be converted to a pngs sequence using FFmpeg.
I have made a very simple tool: Video2png.
You can make animations with any image editing software, but the following suggestions are:
JASC Animation Store (free), export animation:
Select "Edit-Select All"
Select File-Save frame as. ”
Change "Save as type" to "Removable network Graphics (. png)"
Click "Save"
Corel JASC Animation Store
Adobe Flash, exporting animations:
Select "File-Export-Export movie ..."
Change "Save as type" to "PNG sequence (. PNG) "
Click "Save"
Adobe after Effects
Adobe premiere, exporting animations:
Select "File-Export-media ..."
"Format" Changes to "PNG"
On the Video tab, set the width and height to 200, and the aspect ratio to square pixels (1.0)
and check "Export as sequence"
Click "Export"
Adobe Photoshop Export animations:
Select "File-Export-render video ..."
Select "Image Sequence" and select "PNG"
Click "Render"
Background image
The background image is a 1024x768 full color image.
The current size cannot be changed.
It takes some time to show that the background color may be visible in a short time, so be sure to choose the right color.
Run the Setup program silently
The standalone installer supports the switch/s/q/silent or quiet silent installation.
How to Usethe Animation
If you choose to the animation, you'll have a animation! The animation is:
- Frames (if there is less frames the last frame would be repeated as necessary)
- Each frame is 200x200px (resized if necessary)
- Frames/sec
- First 4 seconds play once then the last 3 seconds play in a loop
The program loads a folder containing all the frames as PNGs, GIFs, BMPs, tifs, or JPEGs images. The files would be played in alphabetical order. If you is numbering them, use the same number of digits for all numbers (e.g. 001, 002,. ..., 103, 105). For ' historical ' reasons, the animation can also are a folder containing a single BMP named "Activity.bmp" which is 200x2100 0px.
Transparency (in PNGs and GIFs) was supported (except when a message is behind the animation).
It want no animation, set the static image as a single pixel image, which is transparent.
Videos and animations, such as GIF, AVI and MPEG files, can is converted into a sequence of PNGs usingffmpeg. I have made a utility to make this very simple:video2png.
You can make the animation with any picture-editing software, but the following is recommended:
- JASC Animation Shop (free), to export the Animation:
-
- Choose "Edit, select All"
- Choose "File, Save Frames as ..."
- Change "Save as type" to "portable Network Graphics (*.png)"
- Click "Save"
- Corel JASC Animation Shop
- Adobe Flash, to export the animation:
-
- Choose "File--Export Movie ..."
- Change "Save as type" to "PNG Sequence (*.png)"
- Click "Save"
- Adobe after Effects
- Adobe Premiere, to export the animation:
-
- Choose "File--Export Media ..."
- Change "Format" to "PNG"
- On the ' Video ' tab, set width and height to $, aspect ratio to "Square Pixels (1.0)", and check "Export as sequence"
- Click "Export"
- Adobe Photoshop, to export the animation:
-
- Choose "File--Export, Render Video ..."
- Select "Image Sequence" and choose "PNG"
- Click "Render"
The Background Image
The background image is a 1024x768 full-color image. The size cannot currently be changed. It takes a moment for it to show, and the background color is visible for a brief moment, so make sure to pick a color That's suitable.
Running the Installer silently
The standalone installer supports the switches/s/q/silentor for/quietsilent installation.
