The Lang property of HTML is available for the language of a Web page or part of a Web page. This is helpful for search engines and browsers.
According to the recommendation criteria, you should declare the primary language on each page through the lang attribute in the
<lang= "en">... </ HTML > XHTML under < xmlns= "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang= "en" xml: Lang= "en"> ... </ HTML >
