Itim 5.0 single server configuration and deployment.
Before deploying itim, deploy its components:
IBM DB2 enterprise 9.1 With fp2
IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.1 With fp9
IBM Tivoli Directory Server 6.2
IBM Tivoli Directory integrator 6.1
The software and hardware environment for installing the system is:
Location: G3/G4 data center of a company. Two IBM trusted PCs.

FirstDB2Installation Configuration:
1.Run the installer:

Select install a product and then press install new.
After accepting the protocol, select a typical installation, and then select the first option, such:

Next, select the installation path. The default path is/opt/IBM/DB2/v9.1.
Then we create a user who manages the DB2 Adminstrator server and set the password:

Select to create a DB2 instance, use a single-partition instance, and set the information of the DB2 instance owner:

Set to protect user information

The default value is used in step 1. the DB2 reminder is not installed in step 2. Click finished.
Then the installation starts:

Verify the installation in terminal after installation:
$ Su-db2inst1
$ Db2level
The following information is correct:
Db21085i instance "db2inst1" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "sql09010"
With level identifier "02010107 ".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v9.1.0.0", "s060629", "linuxia32", and fix pack
"0 ".
Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/DB2/v9.1 ".
2.InstallIBM DB2 enterprise 9.1 fixpack 2
First, shut down the DB2 instance and server:
$ Su-db2inst1
$./Home/db2inst1/sqllib/db2profile
$ DB2 terminate
$ Db2stop
Stop the DAS activity:
$ Su-dasusr1
$./Home/dasusr1/DAS/dasprofile
$ Db2admin stop
Stop user protection activities:
$ Su
$./Home/db2inst1/sqllib/db2profile
$ CD/opt/IBM/DB2/v9.1/bin
$ Db2fmcu-d
$ Db2fm-d
Use grep to view the DB2 process. None of them is correct.

You can see that all the stopped commands are successfully and you can install fix pack2.

After the installation is complete, check DB2 and find that fix pack2 has been installed:

1.Run the installation script:

Select English as the installation language.
After accepting the protocol, select Custom installation (custom ). Remove TDI and we will install it later. Specify the was directory later.
2.Disable the configuration tool
The Configuration tool may appear after installation. We do not need it for the first time. Please disable it.

Run the umask command to view the current umask value.

2.Make sure that the following four packages are installed:
Compat-libstdc ++-33-3.2.3-47.3
Compat-db-4.1.25-9
Xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.1 or xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.2
Rpm-build-4.3.3-18.nonptl
Run the command rpm-pa | grep xxxx to check
3.Download the installation package:
Download the following installation package from the IBM Intranet:
WebSphere Application Server v6.1 for Linux on x86series, 32-bit support German
English International Spanish French Italian Japanese Korean Portuguese
Invalid Ilian Chinese Simplified Chinese traditional (c87qxml)
4.Start installation:
Run launchpad. SH and select "launch the Installation Wizard for WebSphere Application Server"
. Click Next all the time (note that you can select Application Server when selecting the installation type ).
Then select the first one in the following options

5.InstallIbm http Server

For the moment, we do not configure the administration server and its authentication. In plug-in, perform the following Configuration:

Note: before installing was 6.1fp9, you must stop IBM WebSphere Application Server, ibm http server, and ibm http administration server.
Stop Service:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/appserver/bin/stopserver. Sh server1-username server1-Password xxxxxxx
Run:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/updateinstaller/update. Sh
Specify the upgraded product in this region:

In this step, specify the path of the upgrade package:

IfCwupi0026eIt indicates yourUpdateinstallerVersion too longFirst, delete the entire directory of updateinstaller, and then install a new version. I installed 7.0
8.StartServer
/Opt/IBM/WebSphere/appserver/bin/startserver. Sh server1
Open a browser to verify the information:

1. Run the installer

 

Finally, we deploy TIM:

1.ConfigurationDB2AndIt 6.1Middleware
Decompress the configuration middleware application, run cfg_itim_mw_xlinux, and select English
Then select the middleware for configuring DB2 and ITDS:

It creates instances in DB2 and ITDS, and generally sets the password.
Note that in my configuration, I found that I always failed to create the TDS instance. After reading the logs, I found that the default program called the TDS configuration program in the v6.0 directory, and the tds I installed is 6.2 .... It's too intelligent... The solution is ln-SF v6.2 v6.0, which is purely a computer. Who asked him to play with me...
2.InstallItim

Specify the was, and then install it after the next step.
3.Connect to database

Enter information about the middleware configuration in the above fields.
If the information is correct, a prompt is displayed.

4.Test installation result
