Installation and configuration of MySQL and MySQL-front

MySQL installation usually requires two installation files: MySQL and MySQL-front. The former is the MySQL database installation program, and the latter is the image

Interface. For software installation, there are many online users who need to go to Baidu.
1. Install MySQL first. I installed MySQL 5.0 (forwindows of course ).
2. Double-click the installation file to open the welcome page. Select next. The Select installation type dialog box is displayed.

These options are typical installation, full installation, and custom installation. Select custom installation and click Next. The select attribute dialog box is displayed.

3. Select the directory to be installed, and use the default settings for other options. Click Next.
4. Select next in the pop-up dialog box and then start the installation.

5. After the installation is complete, the registration dialog box is displayed.

6. In this dialog box, select create a new free mysql.com account (you can also select skip to skip registration, which has no effect on MySQL usage). Click next and the following dialog box is displayed.

7. Enter the email address, specify the logon password, and confirm the password. Click Next to open the dialog box shown in.

8. Enter the content in the text input box with "*" and click "Next" to open the displayed dialog box.

9. Configure mysql-front and select "start", "program", "mysql-Front", and "mysql-Front" to open the window as shown in.

10. Enter the dialog name in "name" on the "General" option page, and enter the name of the server to be connected (the IP address of the server to be connected) in "connection ),

11. On the "register" tab, enter the user name and password and select the database to connect. The default username is root, and the password is the password specified in step 1. If the user name or password is incorrect or the server name in the previous step is incorrect, a dialog box such as connection failure is displayed when you Click Browse next to the database. If the connection is successful, you can select the database ,:

12. After selecting the data, click "OK" at the bottom of the "add dialog" dialog box. The added dialog box is displayed in the "open dialog" dialog box ,:

13. Select the dialog to open and click OK to open the window shown in:

By now, all MySQL installation configurations have been completed.
