Install the GD library in CentOS
By default, the website running after the CentOS server is installed does not support the GD library. Many tutorials on the Internet are very complicated to describe how to install the GD library. In fact, you do not need to review this review. Since CentOS will support PHP of GD library as another version of PHP for release. if you need the website to support the GD library, you only need to directly install the php version with the GD library. the following is the easiest way to install the GD library: the specific operation only has two Commands: run the PHP Command to install the GD library online: the yum-y install php-gd system will download the GD library from the website, and then automatically execute the installation and restart the apachce service to make the installed GD library take effect. service httpd restart
