German language Pack replacement under WIN10, similar to other languages

1. Download the language pack and find the language pack in the Magento store

2. Create a new folder in the local Magento installation directory <magento install dir>/app/code/magenerds/<modulename>
<magento install Dir>magento? Run Directory <ModuleName> is the name of the module (you can find the exact module name in the module folder registration.php downloaded).

3. Copy the contents of the extracted folder (not the folder itself) to <magento install dir>/app/code/magenerds/<modulename>/
4. In the installation directory, run the following: cmd to enter Magento installation directory

5. Delete the Var/cache cache file
6. Run the following command after installation:

Bin/magento Setup:static-content:deploy
Bin/magento Setup:upgrade
7. Using the front-end translation, go to the following system configuration Stores > config. There you are looking for general > General under Regional Settings options, you can configure regional settings to Germany.
