Step 1: Do not press enter directly in the following interface and press esc.

Step 2: Enter linux text and press enter.

Step 3: ask if we want to check the installation disc. if not, press the tab keyboard to move the disc to the Skip address and press enter.

Step 4: go to the welcome page and press enter.

Step 5: Select the default system language, select simplified Chinese, press the tab key to move the cursor to OK, and press enter.

Step 6: The Chinese language encoding is unavailable during character installation. the subsequent installation process is still displayed in English and press enter.

Step 7: select the type of the keyboard. I have a Japanese keyboard, press the tab key to move the cursor to OK, and press enter.

Step 8: select the time zone and whether to use UTC time. I do not use it. when the cursor is selected in UTC, press the space bar key and press the tab key to move the cursor to OK and press enter.

Step 9: Set the root password, press the tab key to move the cursor to OK, and press enter.

Step 10: ask you which method to use the hard disk. we are new to the system. the first or second option is OK. press the tab key to move the cursor to OK and press enter.

Step 2: on the warning page, you are prompted to Write the storage information to the hard disk. press the tab key to move the cursor to "Write changes to disk", press enter, and wait for a moment.

Step 2: The installation has started. only 12th packages are available, so the installation will be very fast.

Step 2: The installation is complete. press enter to restart the system.

Step 4: Enter the root key on the login page.

Step 2: Enter the root password and press Enter. you cannot see any display after entering the password. this is normal.

Step 3: log on to the system and complete the installation.

If you are using a virtual machine, the following screen may appear after step 7. select "Re-initialize All" and press enter.
