After checking, it turns out that the maximum size of the SQL File Read and executed by MySQL is 16 MB by default, and My SQL file is 260 MB, so it cannot be executed.

Solution:

Find the file my. ini in the MySQL installation directory and search[Mysqld], add a sentence below it

Max_allowed_packet = 400 m

Restart MySQL Service

The size depends on the size of your SQL file.
