In practical applications ... Really need to add fixed permissions to the user, and set the corresponding password, so that the program moved to move, do not need to modify the source code, only need to add the same name to MySQL or other database account, set the same password.

1. Add an account. Using the Create use

1 CREATE USER ' New_user '@'localhost'by'new_user's_ Password';

2. Add specific permissions to the new account. Using the GRANT command

1 GRANT  All Privileges  on  to ' New_user '@'localhost';
