Step Two:

Change the location of the log file:

To be modified in the configuration file;

Windows system log files in the Data folder of the installation directory, open My.ini and modify the Log-bin parameter; for example: Log-bin = E:\DB\mysql_log_file

Step Three:

Start the MySQL service again
