MySQL Log open and view

MySQL logs are turned on and viewed.

Locate the My.ini file under the MySQL root directory, open the insert below

Log-bin=mysql-binbinlog_format=mixed

Then restart MySQL.

Log in to MySQL on the DOS side.

Mysql> show varables like "log_%";

View the log on condition.

View the current log file.

View the log file. You need to exit the MySQL server under the MySQL installation directory under the data directory.
