Oracle 11g connection error: ORA-28001: the password has expired;

ErrorCodeAs follows:

Connection conn = drivermanager. getconnection ("JDBC: oracle: thin: @ localhost: 1521: orcl", "system", "myoracle ");

To confirm that the user name and password are correct.

The error indicates that the password has expired, probably because it has not been logged on to Oracle for a long time.

 

Solution:

Reset the password.

Open Oracle SQL plus,

Enter User Name

Enter the password, which is invisible.

 

Then you will be asked to enter the new password and confirm. The input is also invisible.

 

In this way, you can log on with your new password.
