2. Start SQLPLUS in CMD. Use sqlplus/as sysdba to log on.
Connect:
Oracle Database 10g Express Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0-Production
3. Execute alter user the USER name you have locked, account unlock;
4. Log On again with SQL/PLUS and use the user name and password you just unlocked;
You can change the password again!
The procedure is as follows:
1. Run-> sqlplus/nolog
2. Enter the conn/as sysdba Administrator Account to log on
3. Unlock first if the user is locked:
Alter user system account unlock;
4. Change the password:
Alter user system identified by wanglj;
Next, you can use sqlplus to log on.
