Oracle character garbled Processing

For Oracle character garbled characters, follow these steps:
1. Find the server character set:
Select * from V $ nls_parameters

Locate nls_characterset zhs16gbk
Zhs16gbk is the server-side character set

2. Search for the client character set:
Go to Registry Editor regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> Software --> Oracle --> locate nls_lang
The value of this key is the client Character Set, simplified chinese_china.zhs16gbk
Zhs16gbk must be consistent with the server-side character set

3. Add system environment variables
The value of nls_lang is simplified chinese_china.zhs16gbk.

Log on to the database again
