1. Cmd in DOS

2. re -Enter DBCA (database create)

3, pop-up interface, direct next , Select Delete Database

4, after successful deletion, go back to a first interface, select Create Database , next.

5. Select: Custom Database (new), next

6 . Enter the same global database name as the Sid . Next, until the tenth step.

7 . To the tenth step there are four options (memory, resize, character set, connection mode), select the Character Set tab, select the radio button "Select from Character set list". Inside you can choose the character set you want.
