This article uses my self-developed pure green WAMP environment (I name this WAMP environment PHPWAMP)

(PHPWAMP is integrated with VC by default and does not need to be installed separately)

 

So what is the WAMP environment? What does the word WAMP mean?

In Windows, Apache + Mysql + PHP is called WAMP. In Linux, Apache + Mysql + PHP is called LAMP.

 

There are many integrated software that belong to the WAMP environment, and each has its own characteristics.

The PHP Integration Environment used in this case is my latest release of PHPWAMP8.1.8.8.

 

Introduction to the PHPWAMP green integration environment:

Six years ago, because I wanted to use the wamp environment anytime and anywhere, and other wamp integration environments were not very comfortable, I made this pure green PHP Integration Environment myself, I have been using software for my own use in recent years and have rarely published it to the outside world. In the past one or two years, my official website was officially released. All components integrated by me are in the full version, which is suitable for local debugging and server.

 

PHPWAMP has the following features:

1. Truly pure green, integrated VC, no need to install VC independently, pure green, download and decompress to use.
2. You can run multiple PHP versions at the same time and customize your own diy php version.

PHPWAMP has 6 different PHP versions by default. If you still don't think it is enough, you can customize the PHP version you want,

In addition, different PHP versions can run simultaneously. It can be expanded infinitely in site management. The "Apache Site Management" Domain Name mode and port mode are common.

 

Step 1: How do we use PHPWAMP to set any PHP version? First, open the software, click Change PHP version under the relevant settings, and select any PHP version above Apache2.4.

 

Step 2: Open Apache2.4 site management.

 

Step 3: Open Apache2.4 site management. Currently, the demonstration uses port form to differentiate sites, fill in relevant information, select custom version 1, and click Add new site.

 

Step 4: click "Add new site" and you will see "My Website 1" in the "Site Management list ", click the Restart service button, as shown in red.

 

Step 5: In Step 4 above, I forgot to select "PHP user-defined version 1" in the column of the php version. Therefore, the default version is displayed after the PHP version is added, if no version is specified for the added site, the default php version will be the same as that displayed on the main interface. In this step, right-click the site and click "modify this site ", change the PHP version column to "php custom version 1", as shown in the following two figures.

 

 

 

Step 6: After the version is set to custom, right-click the site and click "set DIY version of this site". A folder is displayed, as shown in figure

 

For solutions that do not see the menu option "set DIY version of this site.

Tip: If the PHP version is selected as the default version or another built-in version, the right-click menu options are different. Only websites with custom php versions are available, right-click the site to display the "set DIY version" menu option. If, for some reason, you cannot see the "set DIY version of this site" menu option by right-clicking a custom site, you can click the position marked by the red circle with the left mouse button, right-click the corresponding custom site and you will see it.

 

 

Step 7: follow the steps above, click "set this station DIY version", the pop-up "php custom version 1" corresponding folder "php-diy1", we only need to drop the PHP version file into this folder.

 

Tip: you can download the desired php version file from anywhere on the Internet. You just need to restart the service without re-configuring it!

 

Step 8: This is the compressed package I downloaded from the Internet. After the package is downloaded, decompress it. (You can also download the relevant version from phpwamp.com on the official website of this integrated software)

 

Decompress the package and put it in the corresponding diy folder, put it in the "php-diy1" folder after decompression. This setting is correct,

Error message: Some people directly drop the compressed package, go in, and start it. This is not acceptable! (The folder corresponding to custom version 1 is "php-diy1" and so on)

Step 9: After setting the version file, click here to restart the service.

 

 

Step 10: Right-click the site and click "browse the site through port" to view the following page.

 

 

This interface displays the default functions enabled by PHP of this version.

 

 

If the default "PHP compiled module" is too small to be enabled, right-click the site and select "enable common php modules"

 

 

After enabling the Service, click "Restart service". Then, click "port browsing this Website" to check the server environment detection page as follows. We found that the "PHP compiled module" is much more than the previous one. All of the following related component support also displays "enabled". Of course, you can also right-click the site to open the corresponding file and modify it as needed.

If you just want to test your website locally, just in this step.

 

 

Next, we will demonstrate how to bind a domain name on the server. Right-click to modify the website we just created (or create a new one ),.

 

Step 1: Right-click to modify the site

 

 

Step 2: I have set a domain name for this custom site. After the modification is complete, click the modify button.

 

Easy to make mistakes: When you modify the site information, remember to check whether the version is what you want. Sometimes, if you move your mouse over the site, you may accidentally change the version.

 

 

 

Step 3: After setting the domain name, click "generate hosts content of this site", and then click Restart service.

 

 

Step 4: After setting the domain name, click

 

Restart the service and right-click "browse this website by domain name" to view the website by domain name.

 

 

 

Step 4: After browsing, you will find that the domain name is followed by the port number! If you want to remove the port, you can set the main interface to port 80.

 

 

 

Step 5: return to the main interface. The main interface is port 80, as shown in figure

 

 

After the modification, port 80 is displayed here. Next, you need to modify the location and continue.

 

 

Step 6: Go Back To The Apache2.4 Site Management page and change the port here to port 80, as shown in figure

Then click the button and restart it. The domain name will not be followed by a port number.

 

 

 

Step 7: restart Apache and right-click the site and select "browse this website by domain name ",.

 

 

Step 8: access by domain name is found at this time, and port 80 is not followed.

 

 

Tip: If you find that port 80 is occupied, click here to force the program that occupies the port ,.

 

 

Other cases: if your server has already installed IIS, you want to use this integrated environment to share port 80 with your computer's own IIS, or you want to share port 80 with websites on other servers, to remove non-port 80 of the domain name, you can use the "de-port function" provided by PHPWAMP, as shown in

When using a non-port 80, you can also use this function or share port 80 with other WEB servers.

First, set the ports on all WEB servers to non-port 80. After port 80 is empty, you can remove non-port 80 for the domain name with one click.

If you forget the database password, you can use the "Force Change Database Password" function that comes with the software. This function can also modify other integrated environments or the mysql database password that you install on your own.
