phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP that is used to manage MySQL through the web.


phpMyAdmin uses $_request instead of $_get and $_post variables as its parameter source, and parameters are used without filtering in SQL queries, which can lead to SQL injection attacks if a user is deceived into visiting a malicious Web site.
