Effect

1. Create a new 20*20 transparent canvas.

2. Select all (shortcut key CTRL + a), menu bar Choose--> Modify--> boundary, width 1 pixels.

3. Ctrl+shift+i the shortcut key.

4. menu bar Select--> Modify--> smooth, sampling radius of 5 pixels.

5. Set foreground color to white, fill white (shortcut key Alt+delete), menu bar filter--> sharpen--> sharpen.

6. Deselect the selection (shortcut key Ctrl+d). The menu bar edit--> define the pattern. Then determine.

7. Open the tutu that requires a dot background to create a new layer. Fills the pattern in layer 1, the shortcut key Shift+f5.

Changes are used to patterns. Select the pattern you just defined in the custom pattern. Then determine.

8. Select the blending mode options for layer 1 in the Layers panel. Choose the Eraser tool in the Toolbox. Select the feather eraser pen and erase the character and the place where the circle background is not needed.
