In this tutorial, I will share with my friends PS and MagicMorph how to create a interesting dynamic graph. The results of this tutorial are very good. it is worth learning and recommended to my hometown, let's take a look. Today, we will share with you how to use PS and Magic Morph to create a interesting dynamic graph. The tutorial is very good and worth learning. let's take a look!
Here is a small software, Magic Morph. We can combine it with PS to make a static JPG image become an interesting GIF image through simple operations. No picture, no truth, see!
(The picture is from the poster of hemlock grove in the us TV series) (the effect after Magic Mprph + PS processing)

Is it interesting!
Don't talk nonsense. come and see how it is done!
Step 1:
Download the Magic Mprph software and the original poster image from the attachment;
Step 2:
Open the software and click New deformation;
Click "select source image" and "select target Image", select the same poster we have prepared, and click OK;
Step 3:
Click OK to enter this interface;
First look at the toolbar on the left. here we mainly use two tools (the two anchor tools highlighted in the red box );
This anchor tool is used to control the inmovable area of the entire screen. in this case, the head is only used for animation, so we need to use this anchor tool, add "unmovable" anchor to all areas other than the header. (When you add an anchor to the "source image", the anchor at the same position is automatically added to the "target image" to make it unmovable)
:
This anchor tool is used to control the movable area of the entire screen. to make the head have an animation effect, you need to use this anchor tool, add a "movable" anchor point corresponding to "source image" and "target Image. (For example, add an anchor to the top of the left head of the source image, and add the same anchor to the top of the right head of the target image, in this way, an over-animation of a vertex is completed. Then, add "movable" anchor points for each key point in the header in the same way)
:
Click "generate Movie" and select "gif animation". a gif image is saved to the desktop based on the default value;
At this point, the work in "Magic Morph" is basically completed. now, if you preview the GIF image, you will find that what we do is not an animation area except the header, because there are not many anchors, there will still be some jitter;
So next we need to go to PS to thoroughly correct it!
Step 4:
When you use PS to open a GIF image, the timeline should be in the frame-by-frame state by default. we need to convert it to the "video timeline" state (for example)
(To the status after converting to "video timeline)
After the workspace is set, we place the jpg file of the original poster that has not been made into a GIF at the beginning and put it on the top of the layer. (when we create a new layer, the timeline will also increase the timeline of the corresponding Layer. However, the timeline length will be long and we don't need it, so we can drag the tail to shorten it and keep it consistent with other timeline lengths ;)
After the source image is placed, add a "layer mask" to it to black the position of the header. (This step is to use the source image to cover the unexpected jitters of the header, to achieve a completely static effect;) for example;
After doing this, you can save the final GIF image again. remember to choose "always" as the loop option ";
The above is an introduction to how PS uses Magic Morph to create a interesting dynamic graph. The operation is very simple. have you learned it? Hope to help you!
