Is there a problem with the "deleted" file? Are you tired of renaming files one by one? No problem. This kind of thing will not go back, Because Ubuntu already provides a solution.

There are many methods to rename files in batches under the command line, but the complex command parameters need to be remembered. To improve efficiency, you can install the purrr software in the new version. This is a graphic interface software. After installation, you can start it in "application"-"attachment.

1. Drag the file from Nautilus to the Purrr window. If you need to rename the file with the serial number, first install the correct arrangement in Nautilus. The final way to arrange files in Nautilus is to first click "View"-"view by list", and then click the "change date" header to arrange files by date. In addition, you can click the header of the "file name" to arrange the files by file name.

2. In the "Name template" input box, you need to enter the basic format of the new file Name. For example, if our image file was taken at Disneyland (Disney), you can enter "Disnayland" to view the preview result. Don't worry. It won't be changed before you press the "Rename" button.

3. You can use a special template character in the file name. [N] indicates the original file name, [C] indicates the count, and [E] indicates the file extension.

1. The following is an example. Enter Disneyland [C]. [E] to check the result. C is followed by a "," and then a number indicates the start Number of the count. For example, [C, 400] indicates that the count starts from 400 (see the figure column above ). In addition, adding two "," after "C" indicates the counting interval. For example, if [C, 4], the first digit is 1, the next digit is 5, and the third digit is 9. C is followed by three "," represents the width of the number, for example, [C, 3], 1 is expressed as 001, 2 is expressed as 002, and so on.

2. If the preview result is correct, click "Rename" to Rename the file.
