Set up Redis server and set up redis

 

• Download and decompress redis and go to the directory where redis is located.

• Compile and install

Make & make install

• Start the redis Service (plus & indicates running in the background)

./Redis-server &

• Start redis through the configuration file

./Redis-server ../redis. conf

• Stop redis Service

./Redis-cli shutdown or kill-9 {redis_pid}

• Enable allow Internet access (this step is not required)

Run config set protected-mode no in redis client
