Sqlplus ORA-28009 Error (RPM) when connecting to the login database

ORACLE10G is installed and intends to use Sqlplus to log into the database for operation. When Sqlplus is turned on, you can see that the user name, password, and host string are required. The first two know, but the latter do not understand, check the data to know is the installation of the global database name, that is, Sid. Knowing this, I logged in with SYS, entered the username, password, and host string, but there was an error. 　　The errors are as follows Error:ora-28009:connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or sysoper.
