SVN error 403

Install the tortoisesvn client on the svn server: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to mkactivityCause: SVN is URL-insensitive during check out and other operations, but can be case sensitive during commit/delete operations. Therefore, when setting the svn server path, note the case sensitivity. In other words, when checking out, the URL is case-insensitive. However, when submitting, merging, or deleting a URL, it must be case-insensitive. Otherwise, the above error will be reported.
