After our group debated and voted, the majority of the theater model and secret team votes, the secret team itself is a mystery, but given that we are going to do the software project is open, it can not be a secret to develop, So our team chose Theatre mode as our team type Reference Model for future project development. Theater mode such a team in each project, different people will choose different roles, in the next project, these people may change a completely different role type. Everyone in the team hear the guidance and arrangement from a central conductor. Can play their respective roles, the role of free division of labor, conducive to team communication, as with the secret Team model, the team has a great freedom, high enthusiasm. There is no absolute leadership, so that everyone will not be convinced of the idea of someone.
