4. Select the Copy command by selecting the area shown in Figure 04 with the 120*15 marquee on the long circular image layer of the fill color #003366.

5. Add another layer to the top of the image, select the Paste command, and paste the image part of the copy into the position shown in Figure 05, then select the area as shown in the selection box.

6. Move 5 pixels to the right, the right part again with the same step to deselect the state, and then move the picture down 3 pixels, in order to make everyone see clearly, I have this part filled with white, the result is as Figure 06.

7. Choose Select/load Selection, jump up a layer, and the following layer of hidden to use the gradient tool linear gradient tool,options selected foregrend to Transparent, when the foreground color to be white, Make a gradient effect from top to bottom in the selected area, as shown in Figure 07

8. Finally, write the words you want, remember to add shadows and not too deep, because the text on the transparent glass will cast a lighter shadow inside the glass. Figure 08 also has some reflection effect, is to make the image more expressive.
