(22) In the Items to Restore dialog box, select the project you want to restore, select the private key and CA certificate and certificate database and certificate database log, and click Browse to select the 1th folder for the certificate backup, as shown in 6-22.

(23) In the "Provide password" dialog box, enter the password that was set when you backed up the certificate, as shown in 6-23.

(25) The Certificate authority's restore, including the certificate's private key and issued certificate, will then be completed, as it did before the reinstallation, which is no longer described here.

After you complete the restore of the certificate, finally restore the DHCP configuration, the main steps are as follows.

(1) In Server Manager, select the "complete DHCP" configuration, as shown in 6-25.

(3) In the Authorization dialog box, using the default selection, click the Submit button to complete the authorization of the DHCP server. As shown in 6-27.

(4) In the Summary dialog box, click the Close button, as shown in 6-28.

(5) Open the "DHCP" server, right click on the server computer name, in the popup dialog box select "Restore", 6-29 shows.

(6) Select the location of the backup DHCP in section 1th, as shown in 6-30.

(8) in the "DHCP" dialog box, click the "OK" button, 6-32 shows that the database has been successfully restored.

(9) Back to the DHCP Server Manager, you can see that the scope and settings that were originally created are restored, as shown in 6-33.

Finally, in Active directory Sites and Services, right-click Dcbackup, and in the popup shortcut menu, choose Delete to remove the "brokered" server that has been uninstalled properly, as shown in 6-24.
