Unable to connect to MySQL

1. Error description

Error No. 2003

Can't connect to MySQL Server on 'localhost' (10061)

2. Error cause

Open the task manager and close mysqld-nt.exe.

3. Solution

Mysqld-nt.exe is a MySQL Daemon database service related program, provides read, write MySQL Database Service Interface for other applications; close it will lead to unable to connect to the MySQL database.

Restart your computer and restart this interface.

MYSQL cannot connect to confirm the following two points:
1. Check that port 3306 is normally opened and is occupied by applications.
2. If the computer is installed with 360, uninstall it (for some reason)
