using PS action to add illumination effect to portrait
What is PS action?
The PS action is the file in Adobe Photoshop that contains the execution instructions. The operation of the PS action can be carried out automatically according to the established instructions. The action usually contains more than two preset effects, and the preset runs at the same time, often guiding the input prompts. The author believes that the use of PS action is an important part of the image editing process, and can save us a lot of time. Although many PS actions seem to be "one click Complete", it is important to have a set of plans for handling images. PS action is only a link in the workflow, not all.

Open portrait footage in Photoshop, create a new layer, and name it "brush." On this layer, use any color you like to color the part of the image that you want to keep clear. For this portrait, keep the red part clear by painting the face and neck red.

Then run the PS action.

The diagram above is the effect diagram after the operation, there are some adjustments to be made here.
Figure 03
After the operation of the PS action from the Layer board, the action is mainly composed of color and virtual Coke two parts. The virtual-Coke section is adjusted below to obtain a better image-trimming effect. As you can see from the effect diagram, most of the images are obscured by blurred backgrounds and background blur textures, so the following operations will remove the partial blur background and the virtual texture, or reduce the opacity.
