There is no openssh under Windows, today uses Openssh-server as server,windows under Putty as the client,
Putty main process is divided into the following steps:

Openssh-server:
Step 1: Use apt-get install Openssh-server, download the installation.
Step 2: Use service SSH start to open the services.
Step 3: You can end the service by using service SSH stop.
Step 4: To start the boot directly in the/ETC/INIT.D to add the appropriate script.
