Solution:

I unmount all conflicting packages;

Yum-y remove mysql-libs-5.1.61 *-y means you don't have to ask whether to remove

After the uninstallation is complete, the MySQL installation is successful.

Rpm-ivh MySQL-server-5.0.96-1.glibc23.x86_64.rpm
